Accommodation at the Conference

Dear Colleagues
I am sure that all of you are gearing up for the conference. We already have a substantial number of abstracts and workshop proposals but we, of course, would like to have more.
Meanwhile, there have been quite a few queries on accommodation at the conference site. We would suggest that you book your accommodation in advance. This could be done by sending your accommodation fees along with your conference fees. You could make a single draft/ cheque for both of them.
Also for the first set of abstracts that we have received, we would be sending a confirmation e-mail by the 18th of October. However, the last day for submission of abstract is October 30, 2009. For abstracts that are submitted after the October 18, 2009, we would be sending a mail by the November 10, 2009. Once you receive a confirmation of your abstract, you might decide to send your conference (and accommodation) fees as soon as possible.
So belt up and all the best!
